Booking Terms

Cancellations and changes

These terms apply to every transfer booked on caribbeanairporttransfer.com, in all the destinations we serve. By ticking “I agree” before you pay, you accept them.

 

  • Free cancellation: cancel 24 hours or more before your pickup time for a full refund.

  • Late cancellation or no-show: cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are not refunded, because your driver has already been booked.

  • Changes: change your date, time or pickup address free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later changes are made where a driver is available, and any difference in fare applies.

  • Cancelled or diverted flights: if your airline cancels or diverts your flight, you get a full refund or a free new booking. Just send us the airline’s notice.

  • Storms and airport closures: if a hurricane, tropical storm or official airport closure stops the transfer, you get a full refund or a free new date.

Flight delays and waiting time

  • Flight delays: there’s no extra charge if your flight is late. Give us your flight number when you book and your driver works to your actual arrival time.

  • Free waiting time: your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight actually lands at no charge, and up to 15 minutes at hotel or villa pickups.

  • Extra waiting: after the free time, waiting costs $10 USD for each started 15 minutes, paid to your driver in cash (US dollars or local currency).

  • No-show: if we can’t reach you within 2 hours after the free waiting time ends, the booking is treated as a no-show and is not refunded.

Prices, payment and your trip

  • Prices: fares are fixed in US dollars when you book. The regular fare covers 1–3 passengers; groups of 4 or more pay a per-person rate.

  • Booking time: book at least 24 hours before pickup.

  • Payment: you pay by card on our secure payment page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5–10 business days of approval; how quickly they show depends on your bank.

  • Luggage: standard luggage is included. Tell us about oversized luggage, sports equipment or large groups in your booking notes so we can send the right vehicle.

  • Your details: please give a correct flight number, phone number and email so your driver can reach you.
