Yes. All airport transfer prices are clearly displayed before booking, so you know the cost in advance. There are no hidden fees for luggage or delays caused by flight changes.

Most bookings are confirmed shortly after submission. In some destinations, reservations may be marked “pending confirmation” until a local partner confirms availability. You will be notified by email.

Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall or at a designated pickup point with a name sign, depending on the airport. Exact meeting instructions are included in your confirmation email.

There's no extra charge if your flight is late. Add your flight number when you book and your driver works to your actual arrival time. Free waiting time: your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight actually lands at no charge, and up to 15 minutes at hotel or villa pickups. Extra waiting: after the free time, waiting costs $10 USD for each started 15 minutes, paid to your driver in cash (US dollars or local currency). No-show: if we can't reach you within 2 hours after the free waiting time ends, the booking is treated as a no-show.

Pre-booked airport transfers are one of the safest and most reliable ways to travel in the Caribbean. Using a trusted service avoids unlicensed taxis and ensures professional, accountable transportation.

Yes. The same policy applies in every destination: Free cancellation: cancel 24 hours or more before your pickup time for a full refund. Late cancellation or no-show: cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are not refunded, because your driver has already been booked. Changes: change your date, time or pickup address free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later changes are made where a driver is available, and any difference in fare applies. Cancelled or diverted flights: if your airline cancels or diverts your flight, you get a full refund or a free new booking. Just send us the airline's notice. Storms and airport closures: if a hurricane, tropical storm or official airport closure stops the transfer, you get a full refund or a free new date. Refunds: refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5–10 business days of approval. How quickly they show depends on your bank.
